Our beautiful grabber orange #488 Saleen Parnelli Jones Edition coupe has finally found a new owner. Chris, Priscilla and Oliver have proudly taken delivery, and registered it in Albury on their way home. Chris called later to enthuse about how happy he is with his purchase. Robyn was particularly sad to see the coupe leave, as she personally selected this one for purchase by Mustang Motorsport.

Built to celebrate the career of American racing legend Parnelli Jones, the Saleen Parnelli Jones Edition was limited to only 500 vehicles, and has many unique features inside and out, as well as under the bonnet. Its heart is a high output 5.0L V8, which has since become the Saleen standard. The interior is fitted with PJ features throughout, and the exterior is obviously something special. The unique Grabber Orange and Matt Black paint scheme replicates Parnelli Jones' race car, and everything from the styling through to the mini-light-inspired wheels bring the Mustang's glory days back to life. With only 500 coupes produced, it is an instant classic and sure to remain so.
