Graham and I turned up to the Longford Revival after a successful recce of the Targa day two stages. Chucky came back briefly for a second day. Graham had been feeling good, but he thought he would jump out and get some fresh air before one of the stages. Upon his return he said, "I just chucked my nuts up!" I didn't know what to think, "Well that must have hurt!" I exclaimed. Graham then explained he had eaten some nuts before we left in the morning! Oh!!

Those in our team who wanted to drive a car fast got the chance, and here's how they went on the Longford flying mile…
Julie in the Camaro went 170km/h
Graham in the Challenger went 198km/h
Graham Bell in the race car went 236km/h
Marty in the Saleen S281Extreme went 207km/h
Craig in the Shelby GT500 Super Snake went 243km/h

Longford was lots of fast fun - plus dancing, great music, even better food and wine! come and see next year's Longford Revival. We are sure to bring some nice cars. A big 'thank you' for all your help and friendship Michael, Marty, Maureen, Graham Bell, Julie and Graham - well done!

After packing up at the Longford Revival, I gave Graham the choice of cars to complete the day's recce, Saleen S281E, Mazda 6 or the Super Snake - have a guess which one he chose! Anyone who knows Graham knows it would have to be the Shelby!
