I woke up early and took the Mustang out for a drive around Hobart. Nice crisp fresh air and sun shining and no wind - just peaceful until I fire the Mustang into life. I climbed the mountain and headed up to the top of Mt Nelson - what a beautiful site! I returned to the hotel and picked up Emma in the recce Mustang and headed off to look at the Day Two notes and the roads we are competing on.

We had a good day driving around and taking in the sites, and even found a full-on Gluten Free restaurant - Rosie's Cafe - to Emma's surprise and Joy. Food that works perfectly.

We finished up and headed to scrutineering at 3:10. We got our documentation and passed the inspection, finalised the decals and parked Barricade in part ferme. After ensuring all our safety equipment and intercom is working we are set for tomorrow,
